PayDirt Payroll And Your Accounting System

One of the most important issues with any payroll program is how well it integrates with the rest of your accounting suite. PayDirt Payroll takes this integration very seriously and makes sure that valid, correctly-balanced transactions are exported. While PayDirt already integrates with most popular accounting software your accounting program might not yet be on our list. However, if your accounting package can import journal entries the programmers at PayDirt can create the necessary links.

You can already send PayDirt Payroll Accounting transactions to:

  • Adagio Accounting
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Sage ACCPAC ERP (max 3 segments)
  • Sage 50
  • Simply Accounting
  • QuickBooks
  • DataNova
  • Fusion GL
  • Buz Software
  • IBS
  • Integrated Office
  • Magic
  • LMS
  • MYOB Acclivity PFW
  • IntelliDealer
  • Shelby System 5
  • Tronia
  • ACCPAC Plus for Dos
  • Plus many others….
In most cases, PayDirt’s degree of interaction with accounting software is a function of the accounting program’s capabilities.

Wherever possible, PayDirt exports fully departmentalized transactions making general ledger adjustments “after-the-fact” unnecessary. Correct transactions are generated for accruals, distributions of benefits, wages and all other payroll transactions. PayDirt can divide up the employer portion of CPP, EI and other benefits to different departments or cost centres in proportion to the wages expensed to those departments. PayDirt also makes compliance with CPP and EI reporting easy with fully detailed reports and even an advance PIER review report.

A very special feature found in no other Payroll program is PayDirt’s GL Preview feature. It allows you to see what transactions will be exported to the general ledger from each employee’s paycard before you post them. This makes it easy to make changes, if needed, to ensure a “clean” set of transactions is passed to the ledger. Full printouts of the GL transactions are provided.

No longer will the CFO dread “payroll Fridays.”
