The Pay Template tab is where you set up each employee’s normal payroll, and each employee has their own individual Pay Template grid. You can add as many paycodes as needed to an employee’s Pay Template to properly set up each employee for payroll and each paycode row can be modified to match how that employee’s payroll will be done. Within the grid you can pre-enter hours, amounts, percentages, rates, and accounting settings.
